Jordan Aquaponics is the first Aquaponic registered company in Jordan, it started after HM King Abdullah bin Al-Hussein asked the government of HE Omar Razzaz to enhance and support the agricultural sector in Jordan in mid-2020.
Jordan is the second most water-scarce country in the world. Jordan's annual renewable water resources are less than 100 m3 per person, significantly below the threshold of 500 m3 per person which defines severe water scarcity. Aquaponic systems are the most adequate to Jordan as it consumes only 1% water that enables farmers to plant crops with a yield four times the traditional soil farming, no pesticides, lesser labor, and self-fertilized.

Take the seeds out, put the chilies in the processor with garlic, (no measurement for garlic, it's up to you)

keep the juices in a different jar ( the juice is very hot, so use it in cooking or in chili cocktails)
Take the salted paste from the strainer and put in a jar then add olive oil, keep it in a dark place for a week and it's good to go.
