I adore hablanero flavor! Heat really makes me sweat....literally. And get the hiccups. At this point in my chili life, I can induce sweating by smelling a good hot sauce or occasionally simply by anticipating a good experience.
Skiing is good too...here in Colorado

I just discovered a sauce I fell in love with 30 years ago. Matouks! A Carribean import. Comes in Heinz size bottles. Hot, but not Naga Morich hot -- just hablanero. SOme mustard.
