By the end of the season I just have a number of green guajillo peppers hanging on the bush. I cannot bring the pots inside so any good way to ripen them? I have tried placing them in the window sill in a paper bag with tomatoes, apples or bananas and they do not turn red. As crazy as it sounds, I am even thinking of pumping in a slow stream of ethylene gas in a ripening chamber.
