The harvest is almost done. I ended up with enough Guajillos and Anchos dried for a couple years of chili. As always, my Bell peppers and Banana peppers ended up being stuffed and eaten through the summer. My New Mexico Peppers also produced a good crop, which are now dried and I will use in my chili in place of Pasilla peppers. I gave away eight-gallon baggies of peppers. I’ll be ordering my seeds for next year in about a month. I think that I will try to grow peppers that I never tried to grow before.
