What do you grow peppers for? I am still partial to growing peppers I use in salsa, hot sauces and Mexican food.

That's generally what I use them for as well, in cooking. Habaneros are always on my must grow list.

I do guajillo, ancho,chile de arbol and Hatch for my chili, serrano and jalapeno for salsa, cayenne for grinding into powder, gong bao Thai, banana and bell for stuffing and various habaneros and ghost for hot sauces. What I do not use myself I give to neighbors and my wife takes into her work. I grow from seeds and that is why I always have a large variety. I also harvest my own cumin and coriander seeds. If you start from seeds the only limiting factor is the space you have available.
