Hi Lona, this is an ornamental that has several names, depending on the company selling them. I've seen them called "Christmas Light Peppers". Also called Prairie Fire Peppers. It's a fairly common ornamental, but depending on where you purchasing, may be named differently. This shop just called them "Ornamental Pepper Seeds".
