Take the seeds out, put the chilies in the processor with garlic, (no measurement for garlic, it's up to you)
After processing, add some salt and put it in a strainer to let the juices come out overnight.
keep the juices in a different jar ( the juice is very hot, so use it in cooking or in chili cocktails)
Take the salted paste from the strainer and put in a jar then add olive oil, keep it in a dark place for a week and it's good to go.
