Hi Kelse the look a lot like Thai Super Chiles, Santaka peppers, or Hontaka peppers. There are a few varieties that look similar. Here's are links with photos for comparison.

The main difference is Thai peppers are considerably hotter than the Santaka or Hontaka.

Cayenne Diane The Thai super chili is probably correct. The plant was a Bonnie plant from Wal Mart with a Chili de Arbol label in it. I even emailed Bonnie with pics several times and they don't know what it is. This cracks me up! I wanted hot peppers anyway. Thanks Diane

Kelse interesting, you know, if you look at google images for Chile de Arbor, most peppers are longer and appear to hang downward on the plants, but there are a few seed companies that have pics of them growing upright much like yours (just to add to the confusion).
